good area to live

Hi everyone.

We are looking at moving to Christchurch as soon as we have sold our house. My children are 16 and 12. I have heard that you have really good schools there. I am guessing you need to live in the catchment area too. We will be renting to start with so if anyone could give me some info on the best area to live that isn't too far from schools, shops and ideally the beach that would be great.
My children are very active and would be interested in joining clubs too.
Any feedback would be great. Thankyou

I have lived here over 20 years and still love the place
I also have a son who is aged 16, my daughter has just turned 13.

As for schools Twynham is fantastic as a secondary school, the headmaster is just massively enthusiastic towards the the school in every way and I guess this must rub off and follow the ranks down to its pupils.

You will not be disappointed with move to Christchurch.
